With over 16+ years experience in recruitment, including 8+ years in leadership roles, Claire is an Associate CIPD member who prides herself on high-growth strategies, a focused mindset and a passion for people.
After building an early career within the contact centre industry, Claire moved in to the recruitment industry in 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant. She quickly found her passion for working with people and soon progressed through the roles of Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, Business Manager and finally, Managing Director.
